You got it wrong, mate... When I said fake, rubber tits, i did not mean like they are implants. What I really meant is that those are rubber prostetic balloons filled with (fake) milk and wore over her (his?) chest. Nothing wrong if rubber prostetics are your thing, though... If someone has a sexual fantasy about wearing or about his/her partner wearing prostetics, then they should fulfill it. It is harmless, no problem with it. But don't be mistaken: that is not skin.
